Hypnopalooza! Programming

Hypnopalooza is truly an international experience and as such presentations may be in English or Chinese with interpretation into Chinese Mandarin or English as appropriate so presenters will be sharing in an international multi-cultural context.

Thursday Evening

We'll kick things off with a mixer in the Bar/Atrium so that everyone can meet the guests and get to know each other. We'll have some fun and door prizes, but the main focus will be on getting to know one another. When you get this many hypnotists together in a relaxed environment, there's bound to be a good time!

Friday

While the chautauqua style educational conference workshops, seminars, and panels are set for Saturday and Sunday, we have something very special planned for those who would like to come and get a jump on the fun with a HYPNOPALOOZA SKILLS REVEIW! Friday is packed with action. After breakfast, we'll have an all day intensive hypnosis skills set review, broken up into several sessions throughout the day. This is more than a lecture . . . more than a workshop. You'll get to practice the skills you know, and learn some new ones. At midday, we will break for lunch and then we'll return to the venue for more demonstration/review. Drop-ins are welcome throughout the day as conference attendees are expected to continue to arrive throughout the day. Those who attend the complete review session track will be eligible to examine for Certification and Membership with the Society of Experiential Trance (first year certification fees are waived for registered Hypnopalooza attendees). For a complete list of the subjects covered in the skills review session, check out the Society of Experiential Trance pages under certification.

Friday evening's entertainment is something special very special as we celebrate Hypnotic Halloween with the MESMERIC MASQUERADE HYPNO-PARTY! This special evening entertainment is a masked ball and hypnotist's game party with door prizes, hypnotic games such as the popular Hypnosis Scavenger Hunt, and very special entertainment by selected hypnotists (to be announced) who will be kicking off the fun for the weekend with a brief hypnosis-mentalism show and special interactive demonstrations. Attendees are encouraged to attend the party in costume with a prizes awarded at the end of the evening for best costume as well as for the scavenger hunt awards and lottery prizes.

Saturday and Sunday

Our vision has been to assemble an interesting group of diverse experts in the hypnosis field, and we've done just that! After your complementary breakfast, you'll be able to choose between multiple separate tracks of information, running simultaneously.

We've arranged lectures and workshops throughout the day on many diverse topics. You may have to choose between educational speakers who will show you how to achieve deeper trances or improve your professional skillsets or how to hypnotize your lover or achieve introspective ecstatic trance states. Our goal is to provide something interesting for everyone, so if Past Lives and Entity Removal is your thing, we've got you covered. You might instead choose to attend a topic such as "Altering Perceptual Reality." or "Addiction Freedom". Looking for something a little different than other conventions? Drop into a lecture on "Working with Gay, Lesbian, Transgendered and Polyamorous Subjects", or one of the "adult" panels or workshops. We have several guests from the various vanilla and adult communities speaking on a variety of topics. To get an up to date list of guests and events check here often.

Saturday evening's entertainment is very exciting. After dinner, we have some very special performance style workshops in store for you . . . something truly interesting and different.
